Terms of Service

I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
All commissions are for personal/non-commercial use only.
Do inform me before I start the commission if you have specific requests regarding canvas sizes and/or colour models (CMYK).
Full payment is required upfront in USD via Paypal or Ko-Fi.
The prices stated are applicable to personal/non-commercial commissions only. For commercial work, please contact me via email ([email protected]) for further discussions.
Turnover time varies depending on the complexity of the commission and my work schedule. This could vary from days to weeks.
For rush orders and urgent commissions on a deadline, there will be an additional fee. Please contact me via email ([email protected]) for further discussions.

regarding commission usage

Commissions are for personal/non-commercial use only.
Printing for personal use is allowed. Do not redistribute for commercial/profit purposes.
Do not claim the commission work itself as your own.
Feel free to post it or use it as a display/profile picture on any social media platform. Credit is very much appreciated.
Commercial usage is allowed IF the client has paid the commission for commercial use. No minting as NFTs is allowed at any cost.
Please contact me for any inquiries or clarifications regarding activities that may constitute commercial usage.

Process

Fill and submit the order form OR email me directly ([email protected]) your commission request.
The final price and Paypal invoice will be sent after confirmation of commission details via email.
Full payment has to be completed before I begin any work.
A sketch will be provided for checking and confirmation. No changes to be made after confirmation.
Lineart and Flat Colour WIPs will not be provided unless requested.
The commission will be completed and sent via email.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are not applicable once I have received the full payment.
Full/partial refunds are not applicable if the client is unsatisfied with the finished work. The client will be consulted and shown sketches. All revisions should be confirmed during the consultations.
If the client has specific requests concerning canvas size (resolution), formats, or colour models (CMYK/RGB), the client should inform me before I start the commission. Refunds are not applicable for failure to do so.
